Icing LIDAR
Our Look-Ahead system provides a pilot with information about the Icing Potential and Time to IMC
in the plane's flight path. In this way the pilot can make adjusts to avoid dangerous icing conditions.
The system is designed to locate icing conditions up to 10 miles ahead of the aircraft, LWC (Liquid Water Content), and indicate
the presence of ice particles.
